Hourly rate (minimum 4 hours at $125ph) $500.00.
CD/DVD with all photos in jpg format - no retouching or digital darkroom work $100.00

Digital Darkroom work is priced at $50.00 per hour.

Event Packages

The Offsetter Package

This package is for event where the event attendees will be ordering prints of themselves or of others at the event. We charge $5.00 for 4x6 print, $10.00 for 5x7 and $15.00 for 8.5x11 print.

Basically, the Event holder guarantees the minimum photographer rate above in sales of prints or photo CDs. If sales do not reach the minimum the event holder pays the difference between the amount of sales and the cost for photographers. If the sales exceed the cost of the photographers for the event ($125per hour) the event holder gets 10% of the sales over the cost of the photographers.

As an example if you hold a 4 hour event and from the event we only have $100.00 in sales the event holder would pay us $400. However, if the same event grossed $800 in sales the event holder would pay $0.00 and would receive $80.00 from us.

With this package if the event hold wanted to increase the amount of money it receives from us they would be free to set the price per print as above to whatever they want. For example they could say sell the 4x6 prints for $10; the 5x7 for $20; and the 8.5x11 for $30. In this case we would simply pay the event holder the difference in our base price and their set price once the photographers cost has been met. That is to say, in this case once the photographer cost has been made the difference in the base price for the 4x6 and their set price is $5.00 so for each 4x6 print they would receive $5.00.
